Aluminium cutter HS

A 5 mm HS steel cutter ground for aluminium, 8 mm shank, 23 mm cutting length. Aluminium needs a different geometry from wood — a polished flute and a steep rake that shears the metal and clears the swarf rather than letting it weld to the edge. Run it slower than you would in timber and use a cutting lubricant.
