The mixers, from a universal 1000 W machine handling batches to around 40 litres, through 1200 W, to a twin-paddle 1600 W. Built for sustained torque at low speed, which is exactly where a drill pressed into service as a stirrer overheats and dies. The twin-paddle machine counter-rotates, keeping the bucket still instead of trying to walk it across the floor. Each ships with a rod suited to its size.
