The cutter set for the compact edge router. Roundovers from a 1 mm radius through to 6 mm cover everything from softening an arris to a rounded edge you can see across a room. Edge-trimming cutters with ball-bearing guides take laminate and banding flush to the substrate; the bearing rides the panel so the cut can't dig in. Single-flute versions leave a cleaner cut in plastic and laminate, where a two-flute cutter tends to chip on the way out. Replacement bearings are stocked separately, which is usually what wears first.
