Lakas cikliņš

The denibber — a small carbide blade for shaving off the dust nibs and raised grain that appear after the first coat of finish. Sanding at that stage risks cutting through a thin coat; a denibber takes the nib off and leaves the film around it intact. A small tool that decides whether a painted surface feels finished or merely painted.
