216 and 260 mm blades for the mitre saws — check your machine's diameter first. High tooth counts dominate here, because a mitre saw is usually making a cut that will be seen: 60 and 80 teeth for trim and finished timber. The 36-tooth blades are for framing, where speed matters more than the face. Trapezoidal-flat blades handle laminate and coated board. The combination roof-and-flat patterns are the compromise blade for mixed work — good on softwood and acceptable on board, rather than excellent at either.
